We don't start with another leadership strategy. We start with Jesus.

Each time we meet, we'll begin with prayer and Scripture, looking at how Jesus actually lived and led—how He served people, developed others, communicated truth, handled pressure and conflict, made difficult decisions, set boundaries, and stayed aligned with His purpose.

From there, we bring leadership into real life. We'll talk about the problems we're actually facing as leaders—not hypothetical ones. We'll learn practical skills, work through challenges together, hold one another accountable, and hear from pastors, leaders, authors, entrepreneurs, and other faith-driven people who are living and leading this out every day.

This is where biblical foundation meets real-life leadership.
